1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wild Hearts Publishing platform at wildheartspublishing.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Wild Hearts Publishing is operated by Wild Hearts HQ Pty Ltd, an Australian company.

2. Services Provided

Wild Hearts Publishing provides AI-powered manuscript review and self-publishing services including:

  • AI manuscript analysis and editorial reports (First Light, Bright Signal, Full Flight packages)
  • Digital toolkits for self-published authors
  • Free author tools including manuscript critique, style guide generation, and story brainstorming

3. Manuscript Confidentiality

Your manuscript is processed securely. We do not store manuscripts after your report is generated. Your work is never shared with third parties, sold, or used to train AI models. You retain 100% of your intellectual property rights at all times.

4. Payment and Refunds

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. If our system cannot deliver your report, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact publishing@wildheartshq.com for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content is the property of Wild Hearts HQ Pty Ltd or its licensors, protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without express written permission.

6. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate account and payment information
  • Only upload manuscripts for which you hold the rights
  • Not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI systems

7. Limitation of Liability

Our AI editorial reports are advisory in nature. Wild Hearts Publishing liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
