- Process payments and send transaction confirmations
- Send your completed editorial report

4. Manuscript Privacy
Your manuscript is your intellectual property. We process it solely to generate your editorial report and delete it from our systems immediately thereafter. Your manuscript is never shared with third parties, used to train AI models, or retained for any other purpose. You retain full copyright of your work at all times.
5. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Email service providers for transactional communications
- Analytics providers (anonymised data only)
